Mission: Committee members are responsible for oversight of transition activities and implementation decisions, based on committee feedback and recommendations.

Mission: Committee members will propose and oversee the district planning process; serve as the intermediary group forwarding recommendations from operations committees to the Steering Committee; draft and submit a response to the state’s RFP for district services; oversee and reconcile differences between operations committees; propose a governance structure for the district; and oversee consultant contracts.

Mission: Committee members will understand Aging and Disability Resource Centers’ (ADRC’s) role in Family Care and propose a comprehensive plan to ensure adequate ADRC infrastructure for, and interface to, the district.
